How to use two blocks to do King Pigeon Pose
A few days ago, I have put up a post on Kapotasana preparation. Turns out we all have a love and hate relationship with this pose! 😅
I love experimenting with props to help us in our practice.
I like to use the Yoga Wheel to work on Kapotasana, but not everyone has a wheel! 🤷♀️
So here is a way to use two blocks to help elevate the hips so you can practice your Kapotasana!
