These days I have been sitting at my laptop writing content and starting to feel my “tech neck.” 😩
Sitting at the desk too long; looking down at our phone… we all have stiff shoulders and sore necks.
The Iyengar infamous “shoulder jacket” is going to help you keep your posture upright when you work! 👊
The shoulder jacket has a few variations.
Some are more complicated and used in active asana.
This particular version allows you to put on the jacket yourself, and you can just wear it anytime, at home, at work, to maintain an upright posture.
