โข Stability has to come before freedom. Engaging with our alignment in poses enables us to flow gracefully and skillfully.
โข In a Vinyasa class we need to let go of teaching techniques to not disrupt the flow. But in this movement-based class students can still learn skills and techniques through alignment and anatomy cues so they can progress and achieve some more challenging poses like arm balances.
