โžก๏ธ We so often self-doubt ourselves. โžก๏ธ We fall into the well of self-sabotage. โžก๏ธ We think we donโ€™t deserve it. โžก๏ธ We told ourselves we arenโ€™t good enough. โžก๏ธ We told ourselves no one cares.

Next time,

โœจWhen you think you donโ€™t deserve that opportunity you are offered, take it anyways.

โœจ When you think your post/picture/video is not good enough, publish it anyways.

โœจWhen you think your students may not like it, teach it anyways.

Always have fear teaching Chaturanga. Just finished the second week of ๐™Ž๐™๐™ค๐™ช๐™ก๐™™๐™š๐™ง๐™จ ๐™–๐™ฃ๐™™ ๐™๐™ฅ๐™ฅ๐™š๐™ง ๐˜ฝ๐™–๐™˜๐™  ๐™จ๐™š๐™ง๐™ž๐™š๐™จ in ๐˜ผ๐™ก๐™ž๐™œ๐™ฃ๐™ข๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐™˜๐™ก๐™–๐™จ๐™จ focusing on actions in Chaturanga.

I was thinking, โ€œMaybe no one will come.โ€ ๐Ÿซข

It was silly. It was just me overthinking myself into self-rejection.

Turns out, only T-Rex ๐Ÿฆ– hates Chaturanga. T-Rex ๐Ÿฆ– is scary. Chaturanga is not. ๐Ÿ˜…

And, you are welcome. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Sirsasana II (Tripod Headstand), is Inversion with Chaturanga arms.

In ๐—”๐—น๐—ถ๐—ด๐—ป๐—บ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐˜ ๐Ÿฎ, we will focus on the same theme but will explore more challenging asanas and transitions including arm balances, backbends, and inversions with Chaturanga actions.

This Tripod into Parsva Kukkutasana variation looks scary. Itโ€™s tripod + lotus + twist + transition. Itโ€™s a lot of things. But itโ€™s also many things that you already knew, and putting them together.

Donโ€™t worry. Stay open. Be curious. See what happens.

P.S. Looking at my arms in the photo in Chaturanga, my hands can move back a little more. And the tripod headstand, the elbows can hug in a little more. No, itโ€™s not that great, but damn I am posting it. ๐Ÿ˜…
