Grounding.
I see grounding beyond physical stability in poses, but the ability to cultivate our awareness in the sensations of our bodies, to feel awakened and be fully present with ourselves.
And turns out, grounding does not come from strong muscles but coming from knowledge and wisdom.
The wiser we get, the more grounded we become.
Grounding is knowing what the heck we are doing.
