I think of arm balance transitions.
Each arm balance alone is challenging enough. Putting them together in a transition takes it to another level.
Tips on arm balance transitions:
1. Don’t think, just do (yes, faster is actually easier) 2. Do any amount, the best you can. 3. If it’s too challenging to do all of it, break it down into small steps.
