I am an over-thinker. 😔
I tend to worry about things that have not even happened yet. I over-strategize and think I can prevent what may go wrong.
If yoga is about being present, then we should spend less time worrying about the future.
If yoga is about ACTION, shall we waste our time worrying, and strategizing?
If things happen better than expected, then all this time we sit in fear and worry was needless.
And if things do turn south, well, we are just spending more time being miserable by choice.
I was thinking about time management. How much time am I spending on worry and overthinking? 🤔
And if I can make some progress in doing instead of strategizing, or just sitting on the edge and thinking of my fate, would it be a better use of my ice?
In yoga, we learn to be more present. We learn to “𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝗲”.
Whatever happens, let it happen.
When we can truly focus on taking ACTION, we are too busy to care about the outcome. 👌
