How to cut through the noise and stay in the lane?

Teaching is a hard job. Every day we see different students. Every class is different.

If you are a teacher that feels anxious about your class and your teaching and wonders whether you do well you are not alone.

In fact, it’s normal to feel anxious. It’s even okay to doubt, it’s a good thing because it shows that you care. 🤗

But we can fall into the trap of overthinking….

What does overthinking feel like?

👉 Not sure what to teach because we want to teach everything.

👉 Feeling pulled in every way, trying to fit everyone’s needs.

👉 Worrying that we said the wrong things, made the wrong decision,

👉 Crippled with self-doubt and struggle with constant anxiety.

We feel scattered. 😬

Recently, I am feeling super ON FIRE in teaching.

What I did was I revisited my teaching goals – not only goals – 𝗩𝗔𝗟𝗨𝗘-𝗕𝗔𝗦𝗘𝗗 𝗚𝗢𝗔𝗟𝗦, and create a clear direction for myself.

Goals that are IN ALIGNMENT with WHO I AM, not what other people want me to be.

When my GOALS are in line with my VALUES

✨ I knew exactly how I want my professional (and personal) life to look.

✨ I learn to put my core values as the front line of my teachings.

✨ Decisions become easy.

✨ I feel less distracted because I know where to focus my attention to.

✨ When things are hard, I still feel purposeful.

I have direction. I know how to stay on track.

It’s important to align your goals with your values.

I will re-run my “𝗖𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗳𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝗬𝗼𝗴𝗮 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗿” workshop, which will be pre-recorded. 🙌

Whether you want to just join in this standalone workshop, or you want to know more about me and what’s in the Mentorship program, you are more than welcome!
