Have you been telling yourself that you are โno goodโ at something?
๐ ๐ข๐ฎ โ๐ฏ๐ฐ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฅโ ๐ข๐ต ๐บ๐ฐ๐จ๐ข. ๐ ๐ข๐ฎ ๐ต๐ฐ๐ฐ ๐ด๐ต๐ช๐ง๐ง. ๐ ๐ข๐ฎ โ๐ฏ๐ฐ ๐จ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐ฅโ ๐ข๐ต ๐ต๐ฆ๐ข๐ค๐ฉ๐ช๐ฏ๐จ. ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฐ๐ฏโ๐ต ๐ฉ๐ข๐ท๐ฆ ๐ฆ๐น๐ฑ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ช๐ฆ๐ฏ๐ค๐ฆ.

I used to tell myself: I am โno goodโ in tech.
I donโt know how to start shifting my yoga class online or learning to use organization software.
Sure, you might not be any good at itโฆ YET.
But just because you are not good at something right now, doesnโt mean you canโt get good at it. Think about all the challenging and difficult things that you have overcome in your lifetime. ๐ช
They all came from you getting started and learning them, and now itโs easy. You just forgot to learn them!
When you tell yourself โI am no goodโ at something, you are already defining you are the person that cannot do the thing.
When you give yourself the identity that you cannot do the thing, you GIVE UP before you even started.
You wonโt get better. You wonโt learn.
But when you add the power of yet at the end: โI am no goodโฆ. yetโ
๐ฌ๐ผ๐ ๐๐ก๐ข๐ช ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ป ๐ด๐ฒ๐ ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐ฎ๐ ๐ถ๐. ๐
And when you think like that, you are even more forgiving to yourself when you stumble along the way.
This is because you know you are learning, and you are NOT SUPPOSED to be already so good at something in the beginning.
You are also more open to experimenting, trying, and exploring.
I am still no good at techโฆ yet.
And I am still no good at the organizationโฆ yet.
But I know I am getting better at it, by ๐๐ฎ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐๐บ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐๐๐ฒ๐ฝ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐.

What is one thing that you can rephrase from I am NO GOOD to I am NO GOOD YET that would give you the motivation to kick start?
Re-define your identity.
I might be no good YET, but I will take the courage so I can continue to learn and grow.
