learning vs. practice
๐๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ป๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ
Never stop learning. ๐
This is one of the core values in life.
But simply โ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ข๐ณ๐ฏ๐ช๐ฏ๐จโ is not enough. ๐
We can watch a YouTube video explaining how to do Urdhva Dhanurasana backward and forwards, or even study in the book and learn the whole biomechanics of it, but if we do not apply it, itโs useless.
Itโs like reading recipes in a cookbook but never trying to cook.
Both in yoga and in life, simply learning something is not enough.
We need to actually DO the thing and experience it in order to really learn. ๐ค
And not only that, we need to do it over and over again until the learning is absorbed into the muscles and the body and becomes part of us.
And that is what the essence of a PRACTICE is.

You can start small. 1-minute Headstand. 15 minutes of self-practice.
Whatever that is, ๐ฑ๐ผ ๐ถ๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐.
This is our practice. โจ
