There are times when I find New Year’s Resolution stressful.

What if I don’t have my goals or New Year’s Resolutions pinned down just yet?
I took time off in December, especially this year. I stopped all my regular routines, teaching, and “𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘴𝘵𝘶𝘧𝘧”. I dedicated this time to my family and practicing “𝘨𝘰 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘭𝘰𝘸” and seeing what happens.
So no, I don’t have anything planned.
Goals are helpful. But 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗶𝘀 𝗸𝗲𝘆.
So instead of thinking of big goals, focus on micro-shifts you want to integrate into your life.
Imagine your life one year from now if you take these mini actions every day, may it be medicating for 5 minutes a day, writing a page a day, or showing your loved one appreciation every day.
