Looking back in 2022, it wasn’t a year of rainbows 🌈 and unicorns šŸ¦„.

It’s more like a year of implementing the work in 2021, prioritizing what is important, and realigning what is true to me.

If 2021 was taking courage and making bold moves, making big changes,

2022 was a lot of small pivots, prioritisations, and small progress here and there.

So instead of thinking of what BIG THINGS I have achieved,

I focused on reflecting on what are the things I have been ā€œmoving the needleā€.

šŸš¶ā€ā™€ļøInstead of teaching as much as I can. I teach less but focus on developing a better curriculum and refinement on teaching.

šŸš¶ā€ā™€ļøInstead of posting on Instagram every day, I started my newsletter and developed my website.

No, I didn’t launch a SOLD OUT online program or get 100K followers, but looking back, I know these tiny progress are things that I am moving in the right direction.

Here are some reflections šŸ’ to consider:

🧭 Where am I moving in the right direction? 🧱 How can I build on it in 2023?

I would love you to share your experience with me. ā¤ļø
