NOVEMBER THEME: HIPS AND LEGS

November Theme in Alignment will be on ๐—›๐—ถ๐—ฝ๐˜€ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—Ÿ๐—ฒ๐—ด๐˜€. ๐Ÿ™Œ

Hips and Legs move us. Shoulder and Arms move THINGS.

Hips and legs are BIG COMPARTMENTS of our body and they tend to feel heavy and tight. ๐Ÿ˜ฌ

Note that tightness doesnโ€™t mean strong. Oven-tight muscles are also weak muscles.

From Hip Flexors to quads to Hamstrings and Glutes, down to Knees, Ankles, Feet, and your Big Toe,

This month is all about helping you create more space in the hips and lightness in your legs. ๐Ÿ˜Š
