We will be hosting an afternoon of chats including our signature 6-course plant-based & gluten-free menu, suited to anyone looking to strengthen their relationship with food.

✨ Building better eating habits & breaking bad ones, while learning to own & create your own food rules & habits
✨ Creating simple, fresh & accessible recipes with pantry staples
✨ How cooking your own food from scratch is key to understanding what foods work for you in the long term
