Setting Intentions
𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗱𝗮𝘆.
Intentions are not goals or tasks, but principles that are tied to your personal values, give you directions on your actions and visions to actualise your day.
Each day, start your morning by setting a daily intention.
🟣 Identify a specific intention and narrow your focus.
🟣 Write it down, and think about how you can apply your actions with your intention.
🟣 Commit to it. You can think about an affirmation statement of a phrase that you can use to remind yourself of your day.
🟣 Remain accountable. You may need to set an alarm, put out a sticky note to bring yourself back to focus, especially on a busy day.
🟣 Reflect on how you did at the end of the days, celebrate your wins, and appreciate your effort!
