Each day, start your morning by setting a daily intention.

๐ŸŸฃ Write it down, and think about how you can apply your actions with your intention.

๐ŸŸฃ Commit to it. You can think about an affirmation statement of a phrase that you can use to remind yourself of your day.

๐ŸŸฃ Remain accountable. You may need to set an alarm, put out a sticky note to bring yourself back to focus, especially on a busy day.

๐ŸŸฃ Reflect on how you did at the end of the days, celebrate your wins, and appreciate your effort!
