It does not matter how many years you have been practicing.
Our practice changes.
Our body changes.
Our goals for yoga also change.
I have been practicing Headstand for 10 years. Yet even in the pose itself, there is so much I can refine. And then it’s the transitions.
Here is what I am working on.
Step 1: Sirsasana I to Sirsasana II
Step 2: Then from Sirsasana II to Sirsasana III (Elbows supposed to touch – Nowhere near..)
Step 3: Sirsasana III back to Sirsasana II (My legs are not vertical)
Step 4: Sirsasana II back to Sirsasana I (My wobbly pelvis..like a fish tail..)
It’s ok… it’s all part of the practice. ✨
