THE MOTIVATION MYTH

The power of yoga is in the action. 💪

It means we have to DO the thing. Or, well, do something. 

We found ourselves laying in bed instead of getting to yoga practice. 

We found ourselves stuck forever in the “Let’s start tomorrow” curse. 

We saved all the Motivation Quotes, yet we are not motivated. (Yea that’s me!)

We feel uninspired. We procrastinate. 

We think we are supposed to get motivated… and then we will take the action.

Instead, we should FIRST take the action. And motivation will FOLLOW. 

Yes. Actions will drive motivation. 🙌

We don’t wake up one day and feel motivated. 

But if we start taking action, and DO SOMETHING., 

You take a small step, do a little, then it motivates you to do a little bit more. 

And then it becomes easier. 

In yoga or in life… if you find yourself stuck in procrastination mode, instead of waiting for motivation to magically happen, 

DO SOMETHING. 

TAKE ACTION. 

START NOW.
