Yoga helps me build flexibility in my body. But even more so it teaches me to become more adaptable in life.

๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปYoga teaches us to work with the limitations and learn how to not react. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปYoga teaches us how to ride the waves of life without attaching to the outcome. ๐Ÿ‘‰๐ŸปYoga teaches us to stay calm, stay strong and be more open, and be able to flow with ease at difficult times.

There was a moment I feel fed up and agitated.

I told myself, โ€œCora, you will be fine.โ€

Just like how we learn to adapt our body in our physical practice, I invite you to take this practice into our energy and our mindset as we get through these challenging times.
