Yoga helps me build flexibility in my body. But even more so it teaches me to become more adaptable in life.
๐๐ปYoga teaches us to work with the limitations and learn how to not react. ๐๐ปYoga teaches us how to ride the waves of life without attaching to the outcome. ๐๐ปYoga teaches us to stay calm, stay strong and be more open, and be able to flow with ease at difficult times.
There was a moment I feel fed up and agitated.
I told myself, โCora, you will be fine.โ
Just like how we learn to adapt our body in our physical practice, I invite you to take this practice into our energy and our mindset as we get through these challenging times.
