What are the plans you set for yourself?


𝘊𝘢𝘯’𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘷𝘦 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘺 3/4 𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘵 2022. 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳 𝘧𝘭𝘪𝘦𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘴𝘵!! 𝘞𝘦 𝘩𝘢𝘷𝘦 90 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘢𝘺𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘯𝘥 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘺𝘦𝘢𝘳.


Recently I have been doing IG Live talks on Mondays and Thursdays to talk about both setting goals for yoga and in life.


𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙣𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙨𝙚𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨𝙚𝙡𝙛?


Here are some of mine:



I am going to write for 30 minutes a day on content that serve my community.

I am going to get on camera and share something about yoga and life twice a week.

I am going to run 2 alignment series in October and November.

I am going to run 2 workshops for Yoga Teachers in October and November.

I am going to cook a new dish for my family once a week.

I am going to meet up with a friend for a meal once a week.

I am going to read or listen to Audible before bed instead of scrolling on my screen or watching Netflix.


Make these goals S.M.A.R.T.

It can be stressful when we think that we only have 3 months to the end of the year. Don’t get stressed out. Take a look at your life now and think about what you can EASILY do to enhance your life for e rest of the year.


Make it something small and achievable – something you can set out to do and actually do it. Set up yourselves for success.


My focus for the rest of the year is on optimizing energy. I am thinking about how I use my energy. I am looking at energy leaks, where should I focus more energy on, boundaries, rest, and how I can recharge better.
