When we set an image of what a yoga practice should look like, we unconsciously give in to the notion of perfection, thinking that there should be a way to do the posture flawlessly, bringing out the โfull expression.โ
๐๐ด ๐ต๐ฉ๐ช๐ด ๐ต๐ฉ๐ฆ ๐ณ๐ช๐จ๐ฉ๐ต ๐จ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ ๐ง๐ฐ๐ณ ๐ฐ๐ถ๐ณ ๐บ๐ฐ๐จ๐ข ๐ฑ๐ณ๐ข๐ค๐ต๐ช๐ค๐ฆ?
The goal of practicing yoga is to enhance our mastery in: โข Identifying and accepting our abilities. โข Developing our wisdom more to adapt the essence of the practice.
Learning to observe our body for what it is and working on with what we have, in that particular moment, is the right way to do the practice.

Well, we do it anyway! Because the benefit of yoga practice is not about the poses.
It is to build a consistent practice that will help us tune ourselves, develop a calmer mind, and cultivate the ability to overcome the fluctuation of the mind.
It is through practice that we can navigate through generations and overcome obstacles in life.
