Women’s Day

While we, as women, have made tremendous progress in the path of gender equality in some ways, we are still living in a world of extreme contrast.

There is still so much work that can be done.

Gender inequality is something I grew up with. I am grateful to have parents who, despite of culture and disagreements, at the end always respected who I am and what I want to be. From choosing to study abroad, be the first one in the family who moved out, to marrying a western husband. The path wasn’t easy.

From being an investment banker to a full-time mom to a yoga teacher and now an entrepreneur and coach, I am grateful to have a husband that respects my passion and work. As a mother, I am blessed with a strong-minded daughter who always speaks up for herself.

I think about all the many amazing women in my life and in my yoga journey, who have supported and inspired me, whether from teaching yoga, building their own business, or whatever that is – all of us out there who are fighting for change, believing the future can be better for us, and for our children, through bold and courageous actions.

My passion as a teacher, a coach, and a mentor, has always been building relationships and community with other women. I work with entrepreneurs who started up their own businesses, building their dreams and inspiring others to do the same.

This is so true.

⭐️ What bold action can you take to raise your power?

➡️ Step out of your comfort zone, and make a bold change.

➡️ And remember, don’t do this alone. We need each other, and together we can build a better future for women and the many generations to come.

❤️ Here are 10 quotes from other strong women that I love to share with you, to motivate you to take a leap, to take risks, and to be a better version of yourself.
