Sitting too much?

I have been sitting in front of my computer creating content a lot and I can feel myself getting stiff!

It is important to do some stretches every hour or two.

Practice this 10-minute sequence at home or at your workspace whenever you feel the need to stretch and refresh, as many times as you need!

All you need is a regular chair for this practice.
